Includes destination and hotel research, customized proposal, booking of accommodations and assistance before and during travel. VIP perks will be included at all partner hotels. Our concierge service is included when we customize your trip.
Flights
$75 per person
Allow us to research best options and book your flights so that you can enjoy your vacation knowing you have 24/7 support should there be any issues with schedule changes and/or cancellations.
Our air department ticketing fee is in addition to our planning fee.
We can help with air only itineraries when flying in business or first class.
Concierge
starting from $250 per hour
If you have already booked your accommodations, we may still be able to work together on a case-by-case basis and depending upon the destination. Through our vetted local partners, we can arrange services like airport transfers, car rentals, private guides and experiences, dinner reservations, spa appointments, tee times, museum tickets + more.
In some instances, our travel partners may require at least one hotel reservation in order to provide their white glove service.
All fees are pre-paid and non-refundable.
Travel planning and concierge fees are based upon the complexity of the trip.
